• We are introducing weighted scores in place of comparing metrics in descending order. Correctness still takes the cake, but on a draw, we calculate using the remaining metrics, assigning quotas this way:

  • Execution time: 40%

  • Completion time: 40%

  • Lines of code: 20%

This is a much fairer scoring system that allows other metrics to be useful beyond a faster completion time

• The coding editors will no longer allow users to paste in inputs. This is to combat the use of AI as an unfair advantage for more complex challenges. While AI can be useful in offering solutions, we try to avoid copy-pasting of solutions.
